We understand that everyday environments can come with unexpected risks. Our goal is to help you feel more prepared while still being able to move naturally and comfortably.
Every product is carefully inspected before shipping, and our support team is here to help if something is not right with your order.

30-Day Return Policy
Aegisnia® accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item meets all conditions below:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn beyond a brief indoor try-on.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and included gifts are intact.
• The item has no stains, odors, pet hair, body marks, cosmetic marks, or signs of wear.
• The item has not been altered, repaired, customized, or modified.
• The item has not been intentionally cut, stabbed, punctured, stress-tested, or exposed to sharp objects.
• The protective structure, inner protective layer, stitching, and fabric surface remain intact and undamaged.
Protective apparel that has been used, tested, damaged, washed, altered, or exposed to sharp-force testing cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Protection Testing Disclaimer
Aegisnia® products are designed with protective materials and tested according to stated standards where applicable. We understand that customers may want to feel confident in the material before wearing it.
For this reason, each Aegisnia® anti-stab apparel order includes a sample piece of the same protective fabric used in the product. This sample is provided so you can inspect the material and, if you choose, test the protective fabric separately without damaging the garment itself.
The garment is a finished protective apparel product. Testing the garment directly by cutting, stabbing, puncturing, or applying sharp-force impact may damage the outer surface, stitching, inner structure, or protective layers.
For safety, quality, and resale reasons, any garment that has been cut, stabbed, punctured, stress-tested, intentionally damaged, or altered will no longer be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Returns
To start a return, please contact us at support@aegisnia.com with:
• Your order number
• The reason for return
• Photos of the item in its current condition
Please do not send items back without written approval from our support team. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back with tracking information within the return window.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving a defective item, an incorrect item, or an item shipped in error by Aegisnia®.
The following costs are non-refundable:
• Original shipping fees
• Customs duties
• VAT
• Import taxes
• Return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Aegisnia® is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds apply only to the returned product cost. Shipping fees, shipping protection, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or videos of the issue
After review and inspection, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the case and inspection results.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Used, worn, washed, or damaged products
• Products with removed tags or missing packaging
• Products with stains, odors, pet hair, body marks, cosmetic marks, or signs of wear
• Products that have been cut, stabbed, punctured, stress-tested, or exposed to sharp objects
• Products with damaged protective layers, stitching, or fabric structure
• Customized or made-to-measure items
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items returned without written approval

Lost or Stolen Packages
Aegisnia® is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier or local delivery service first. Our support team can help provide tracking details where available.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by our logistics team or before tracking has been added.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this policy.

Custom or Made-to-Measure Orders
Custom-sized or made-to-measure protective apparel is made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives defective, incorrect, or was shipped in error by Aegisnia®.
